Privacy notice
This notice explains how the Khemnelt AI website handles information when you browse, contact us or book a consultation.
Browsing and hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website. Delivering and protecting a page involves technical request information such as IP address, browser details and the requested URL. Hosting and security processing are governed by Cloudflare’s applicable policies.
Interactive demonstrations
The robot guide, workflow examples and website preview are scripted demonstrations. They do not record audio, send example requests, submit forms or contact an AI service. They are not live customer systems.
Email and consultations
If you email us, we receive your address and the information you include. If you book through Google Calendar, Google processes the booking and we receive the appointment details you provide, such as your name, email and meeting time. We use these to respond, arrange the consultation and discuss your request. Do not send sensitive customer information.
Storage and analytics
Fonts and images are served from this website. Browser caching stores site assets. Privacy preferences are stored locally on your device; clearing site data removes them. Optional analytics, if configured, loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can change your preference from the footer.
Service providers
This site uses Cloudflare for hosting and, when enabled with your choice, Web Analytics. Booking and meeting services use Google Calendar and Google Meet; email uses Gmail. These providers may process information outside your country under their own policies.
Retention and your requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied. We will explain what we hold, any retention obligations and the steps available. Provider-managed logs and account records follow the relevant provider’s controls and retention rules.
Contact and changes
Use the contact email below for privacy questions. This notice covers the marketing website. Any paid service involving customer data requires a separate agreed scope and data-handling terms. We update this page when the site’s handling changes.
Privacy preferences
Optional analytics is currently off. This website uses no advertising cookies. Google Calendar has its own privacy settings.
